Just finished the 6 week beginner course which was great! It was my first time doing something like this and never felt out of my depth. Conleth was a great coach and took time to explain everything in detail. I’ve moved into the normal classes now and the whole gym has a great atmosphere and everyone’s been really welcoming.

Absolutely loving here. Learning different skills and movements is so beneficial as we age. I have been fit but my body is now moving in so many alien ways and reaping the benefits. Never too old to give this a try 🤔💪👌

Amazing place to learn and train! Super friendly, Conleth is a fab teacher, very supportive environment to enter as a complete beginner and progress from there. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to start learning martial arts or to learn a new one. BJJ is very addictive!

Great place for beginner's or experienced alike, I recently completed the beginner's course and couldn't be more excited to continue my training with them. Great coaches everyone's really friendly and explain techniques effectively and in a way that's easy to grasp! Really inclusive great group of guys all round.

Really really helpful and amazing bunch of people! The beginners course is super fun and perfect for any newbie with no experience at all. As I near the end of the 6 weeks I feel like I’ve come a long way and have loved every second of it. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to get into BJJ or even to just do some cardio during the week!

Completed the 6 week beginner course. It was a really good experience, with great mentoring and friendly atmosphere. I was doubtful at first considering I had no background in any martial arts, but the team were very welcoming and now I am confident in continuing the training. I would recommend trickster and Conleth to anyone who is seeking to learn jiu jitsu without a doubt.
