This is a great gym for anyone from beginners to higher level. They cater for all different aspects of MMA and the place has a great, welcoming vibe. I've been lucky enough to share my BJJ training with some of these guys and I would highly recommend SBG Belfast.

Amazing gym. Great variation of striking and grappling classes and large number of classes at various times throughout the day from early morning to evening. Highly recommend for fitness, skill and social aspect. Great team.

Welcoming atmosphere. Excellent coaching staff, whether you are a novice or an experienced MMA practitioner. The free unlimited trial week is an excellent way to figure out what classes you like before you commit to a membership.

Top gym! Honestly best around. Coaches and members go above and beyond to help. Such a wide range of classes available. My daughter also attends and she loves it.

I was put out of the club because one other person wanted it on account of an unfortunate incident while I was severely mentally ill. The owner had no time or interest in my perspective, just told me to to leave and don't come back. The irony is they have leaflets 'supporting' a mental health charity on the premises (obviously nothing more than a little p.r exercise with the leaflets) When they actually encounter someone with a severe illness their answer is to tell the person to leave and that's it. Probably not bad at teaching martial arts,, (wasn't there long enough to really find out) amateurish approach to running a business.
