Fantastic experience at Vanquish. Recently joined after moving to Belfast and trialling a couple of Gyms. Very welcoming, great culture and a friendly atmosphere. The level of coaching from Cole and the gang is top class and suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Facilities are brilliant with plenty of light and space. Cannot recommend it enough!

I came to visit Belfast for only a month and needed a place to train, and when I found Vanquish, I felt instantly welcomed. I didn't even have a gi, but Cole generously lent me his for my entire stay, which was incredibly kind. The people and the atmosphere made me feel right at home, and everyone always looked happy to see me. The classes were great too, with some catch wrestling that helped me brush up on my fundamentals. Thanks for the awesome sessions, I'll definitely be back! 🥋

Love this place! It's clean and cozy and the beginner's training schedule is perfect for me. The coach and community are absolutely lovely and so helpful as well. The techniques are fun and explained very clearly. Been training at fundamentals classes for about 4 months now, it was a bit daunting at first (I am a small female) but good to see there were other girls / similar body types so I always have the option for a similar-sized training partner.

Vanquish is an incredibly welcoming gym, both its members and coaches are great to be around. Cole has built a great culture within the gym. I started training at Vanquish a few months ago now and felt at ease straight away. The level of coaching from Cole, Paddy and Connor is top class, and there's classes everyday of the week so plenty to get stuck into! Very good value for money, definitely give it a go if you're considering starting bjj or looking for a new gym to continue your training!

Started in May last year because I wanted to learn something different and What an amazing club I found!!!I couldn’t recommend it enough. Cole is so welcoming and his classes are very technical, always with a touch of great sense of humour. Supportive and problem-solving all times. If you are looking for High quality classes, Great coaches and people plus a fantastic environment to learn bjj, this is your place!give a try. You won’t regret it! It was the best decision I have ever made.
