Very friendly staff. It's not just a place that relies on accomplishments in competition but delivers excellent teaching on a personal level. Offers flexibility with adult classes in both Kickboxing and Jujitsu for a reasonable price within a well kept facility. Highly recommended for adults, kids, and even entire families.
