Fantastic gym ran by friendly & helpful coaches! Huge variety in their offering, so you can improve strength, mobility, aerobic base, and calisthenics skills. Coming here has improves my fitness across the board and there's a great culture of motivation, goal setting/achieving but having fun with it
The gym is the most positive atmosphere, Calvin pushes you to be better but at your own level. There is multiple classes tailored to your personal goals. And an awesome community that comes with it, would recommend this gym to anyone!

Sole is an amazing gym full of great people and great classes. I’ve been going to gyms for over 4 years and never enjoyed a place so much before! Really supportive community, knowledgeable and helpful coaches, as well as a really well structured timetable which could fit anyone’s needs. Highly recommend trying it out if you are interested at all!
I joined sole in Jan 25 and it has been the highlight of my year! I have learnt & experienced so much, gotten so much stronger & made amazing friends!! 10/10 gym & community 🥰

Ive been at sole now for a few months and its been amazing, with training BJJ it really compliments the sport. The knowledge between the coaches is excellent. The community aspect was super welcoming and really helped me settle into the space. If youre looking to grow healthily this is the perfect place
I cannot recommend Sole enough. From the moment I started attending, I loved how welcoming and supportive the environment is. Cal is incredibly attentive and encouraging, always taking the time to ensure everyone is progressing while pushing us to grow and improve. Sole attracts an amazing community, the people who attend the classes are all lovely. Everyone is genuinely supportive, cheering each other on and celebrating progress, no matter how big or small. It’s such a positive and uplifting place to be—whether you’re new to calisthenics or more experienced. I always leave the gym feeling motivated and excited to come back. If you're looking for a place to grow both physically and mentally, this is it!
