A family based martial arts club teaching Japanese Jiu Jitsu for self defence affiliated with the Jiu Jitsu Foundation. Jiu Jitsu combines the striking of Karate, joint locking of Aikido and throws of Judo with an emphasis on self defence.

Great traditional Jiu Jitsu club. Very welcoming to beginners and people of all ages. You work hard, learn something new every week and do gradings. Very well priced sessions as well. Highly recommend.

I have been going every week for a year a f im now an orange belt. It is great fun and teaches good life skills and is cheap. I greatly reccomend going here and staying committed. It is also very good because it boosts a child and adults self confidence.
