I absolutely adore X3. I've been going for a few months now, and it's completely changed my fitness and my confidence. I'll definitely be back. My daughter did the boxing class and enjoyed it! She's a competitive gymnast and needed an outlet to relieve stress. This was perfect! Friendly staff and very helpful.

Amazing Staff! Always a great experience. Clean Space, knowledgeable trainers and always feel like part of the team. A safe space for beginners with plenty of encouragement from staff, trainers and other gym members.

I’ve been with X3 Sports in the BJJ program for quite a few years (about 17 years as of 2024) and have been fortunate to have great instructors like Tony Tucci and Jason Duncan. The level of instruction is incredible. Instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and are committed to the development of their students. Other classes like Fast Track and Kickboxing help to reinforce training aspects such as conditioning, proprioception, explosive power, and balance. All the classes work well together to help meet training goals. Most importantly, X3 Sports is a community. My classmates are my family. My instructors are my mentors. The culture is welcoming and inviting to everyone.

Great gym with amazing staff and coaches. Professional environment while also being welcomed like family. Perfect atmosphere for training, highly recommend this gym.
