Sifu Welch is an amazing instructor. As a student of Dan Inosanto, one of Bruce Lee's top students, he knows his stuff. But more than that, he is patient and is great with helping students learn. He uses great analogies and life examples to demonstrate the movements. I highly recommend him. And even outside of the martial arts benefit of his classes, the drills are great for coordination, ambidexterity, and reaction time.

My specific focus with The Welch Martial Arts Experience is in the Wing Chun and Kali classes. As an instructor myself, I can say the training is first class. Sifu Welch knows how to teach a balanced class, keeping both beginner and advanced students moving and motivated. There is very little down time, waiting for the next drill, and I always leave class excited about the techniques and ready for the next one. Sifu Welch is able to adjust the training based on the students age, experience, and physical capabilities. I highly recommend dropping in and training with us.
