Broken limbs? They don't care, you're required to pay. I am a 36-year old woman, who has been consistently boxing since 2021. When I moved to Atlanta in 2024, I searched for a boxing gym that aligned with my fitness goals and relationships between boxers and coaches. I thought I found that with Bangkok. The staff signed me up for a year membership. I had no problems dedicating to a year since I was familiar with the sport. I unexpectedly broke my leg in October 2024. The break completely severed the ankle from the leg. I was in pins for a month, then required surgery to apply six anchors on each side of my legs, and several casts, followed by a boot with a cane, and now a boot. I am not allowed to walk long distances, drive or do sports. I emailed Bangkok's management to cancel my membership. I provided all X-Rays, my Orthopedic Surgeon's letterhead stating I was not allowed to do sports, and called the facility itself. They are pressing me to financially fulfill the year-membership, asking that in order to cancel I have to pay over $800. They're taking advantage of members who have experienced life-changing injuries. I feel bamboozled, and my desire to provide cancellation documentation to provide proof of my injury is not good enough to cancel my membership. Please change your policy, and please cancel my membership! Bangkok has lost me as a fellow boxing enthusiast, and I abhor that this is how Bangkok's management is treating their members.

I tried out a lot of Muay Thai gyms when I moved to Atlanta, and Bangkok Boxing stood out. The training staff is phenomenal. My technique and conditioning have improved tremendously since I signed up. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their skills or get in shape.

Here are the requirements these scam artists require to cancel a gym membership. I was tricked into a year long contract but they somehow lost the membership documents. Cancellation due to Moving: · You must move yourresidence25 miles or more from the club facility or any affiliated club. · If member lives 25 miles away at the time of enrollment, then they must have move from their enrollment address to cancel under this policy. · You must provide sufficient proof that you are moving. Please send in TWO of the following: o New lease agreement in the member’s name signed by member and lessor. o New utility hookup or utility bill in member’s name. o Newly issued driver’s license. o Copy of a one-way international plane ticket with a copy of a visa or green card. o PCS orders (boot camp and basic training not accepted). o Letter from new employer (must be on letterhead), along with a copy of a pay stub. o Students—must send in a copy of a class schedule and tuition receipt (must be on o letterhead). o A one-way plane ticket with a copy of a Visa or Green card. o Closing papers on a purchase of a new home. o If you cannot send in two of the above, you can send in two of the following: § Current bank statement. § Current credit card statement. § Post office change of address confirmation. · 30-day written notice of cancellation. You are still responsible for any payments that fall within the 30-day period from the date ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC. receives the sufficient proof of move. · Member must submit notice 7 days before the next invoice is due. · If the member does not send the request in at least 7 days prior to their next due date, the member is responsible for a 60-day cancel request · Payments will continue on the membership agreement until the sufficient proof of move is received. Cancellation due to Medical Condition: · Cancellation is allowed for a permanent disability. · You must provide documentation from your physician stating you have a permanent disability. · Must be on letterhead and signed by the physician with a phone number to call and verify information, if needed. · You are still responsible for any payments that fall within the 30-day period from the date ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC. receives documentation from your physician. · Payments will continue until the proper documentation is received from your physician. Buyout Option: · You may cancel your membership agreement with a written request. · You will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 75% of the remaining contract balance. · Your letter must state that you are canceling under the buyout option.

I feel very fortunate Bangkok Boxing is here in Atlanta. I had been training muay thai at another gym since 2023 until they abruptly closed a month ago. I loved that gym and did not think I would find another one like it…I was wrong. This is a top tier facility that has it all: excellent instruction, very welcoming, super clean and an accomodating schedule. I am very happy!
