Been back again 2025/2026 for Personal Training specifically focused on Russian Kettlebells Get Ups practice. Highly recommend Matt & Warrior Fitness for all your Personal training needs in Forest Row. Also the studio is full air conditioned and the floor covered in mats for Jujitsu so super comfortable space to work out in hot summer. Space is also rentable.

Excellent gym. Coaches are super experienced and classes are structured brilliantly. Lots of details and always explained really clearly. Really inviting atmosphere would recommend to anyone !

Brilliant No-Gi and Gi BJJ classes. Matt has created a friendly and welcoming environment with great 1to1 sessions and BJJ excellently coached by Pete. Highly recommended if wanting to try BJJ for the first time or coming back to roll with some genuinely great people.

Matt offered me a unique combination of weight training, Silat for movement and Russian Kettle Bells Form. We did 4 sessions a week for about 3-4mnths In 2022 and I was averaging 3 times a week in the gym for a year after that. Highly recommended for personal training. 👌

Brilliant BJJ & Muay Thai classes. I've been going to Warriors for the past year and the coaches and everyone attending the classes have always been very welcoming. If you're looking to start a martial art, i would highly recommend contacting Matt and coming down for a session. Great gym & great people!
