  What a place! Too many good things to say about this gym and the people there. Keith, the head instructor, is not only highly knowledgeable, but he really knows how to break techniques down so that they are taught in the best way possible. Training sessions flow together really well, as the weeks and months go by you learn in a structured way that helps you develop very quickly, building movements patterns and techniques from what you have previously learnt in prior classes. The members at the gym at all skill levels are super friendly and welcoming, and I always leave the gym feeling great, wanting to come back as soon as possible!

  Keith is a great instructor! The club has a strong sense of camaraderie, for the adults it's an opportunity to partake in physical chess, cognitively challenging and physically demanding... absolutely brilliant! For the kids... all of the above and so much more, most importantly character development through overcoming adversity, learning to deal with failure and developing the skills for personal success through the pursuit of something difficult.

  Brilliant club and Keith is an amazing and patient teacher. The team are so welcoming and full of encouragement. I've been training over 6 years and also made some life long friends from the sport. Jiu jitsu makes you physically and mentally tough, I would 100% recommend to anyone to come on down and give it a go. What have you got to lose? :)

  I feel very lucky to have found my passion for BJJ with Keith and Mckenzie BJJ. It is the best environment one could ask for a martial arts club. Being an average size girl has not stopped me from progressing over the last couple of years, which makes coming in every day very exciting. It is also proof that Keith has mastered his approach to teaching, making it equally enjoyable for all sizes and ages! 10/10. Can't recommend it enough!
