  A huge thank you to Abid! My brother and I had our first boxing trial, and he did nothing but make us feel welcome! My brother has autism and Abid had consistent patience and a great understanding of him. We are now about to both start 1-1 sessions and hopefully progress! I highly recommend Abid!   Had a 1 to1 session at AK'S Gym and found it really well catered for myself. He totally gets it if you're starting from scratch or had some time away from fitness. Felt right at my pace, no judgment. Looking forward to another session next week. This spot's a gem for getting into shape at your own speed. Will defo recommend to others!
