  Nexus is an absolutely wonderful place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get fitter and increase their confidence. All staff are very welcoming, friendly, and highly competent. I joined the ladies' class 3 years ago, and stayed because of the friendly atmosphere and very supportive community. I was new to the area with a stressful job, and the classes were perfect to help me unwind and meet some brilliant people along the way. I didn't have any experience in kickboxing before joining, but the trainers were lovely and supported me to build my skills every step of the way. Fantastic place that offers you a good workout and a barrel of laughs each session!

  I joined nexus over a year ago and completely recommend it. I started with the womens kickboxing class as I was looking to get fitter and stronger and i love it. Everyone is lovely and it’s a really nice and supportive environment to learn. Training regularly has had a big impact on my strength, fitness, focus and happiness and it’s become a big part of my life!

  Absolutely love this place! I joined Nexus ‘lady’s class’ almost 2 years ago and never regretted. Simply because of the welcoming staff that made me feel comfortable as I had no experience in this field. Laura & Anthony are brilliant at what they’re doing. They are very professional and their expertise in this area is just outstanding. Nexus helped me to get into routine of getting more organised, I feel much fitter and that boosted my confidence. Every week I look forward to attending kickboxing classes. I highly recommend to try this sport and join Nexus. Thank you guys! You are amazing!

  Nexus has really changed my life. The physical element is great and I’ve loved learning martial arts and self defence techniques. However, the mental side has been a game changer. You really leave everything at the door and are fully focussed during the session. It’s fantastic discipline for adults and children. It teaches perseverance, determination and resilience. I highly recommend nexus if you want to learn martial arts and work up your grades or simply want to come to a friendly, safe environment to work out and meet some great people. It’s a real community feel and a non judgment zone.

  Highly recommended Nexus Martial Arts & Fitness. Both my boys enjoy their classes very much and look forward to going into class. They are also always practising when they get home too.   I have been training here for several years now, and I highly recommend it to all my local friends. The instructor team are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive; with none of the "Gym-Bully" mentality that is prevalent in some other martial arts gyms. Martial Arts did a lot for me as a kid to build discipline, a social network, and a healthy level of competition; and no place exemplifies this to a higher degree than Nexus Martial Arts. Highly recommended.
