    Progressive, and all encompassing, a one stop shop for all your self defence oriented needs. You get the best of the old and new, with a constantly evolving curriculum, based on hard facts. Not to mention there’s a real community feel.

    The Forge has changed a lot of my lifestyle for the better. They really are a great bunch, and if you're willing to put the effort in, you can get a lot of out training with them, no matter what your level is.

    Great place to train, friendly environment, prepared coaches, have been with them for a couple of years now, and learnt a lot, there are classes for kids and adults and if you need some relax there is also Yoga.
