Both of my children train at Kinetics Fight Academy in East Grinstead, and the positive impact it has had on them has been incredible. Since joining, their confidence has grown significantly, and we’ve also noticed a real improvement in their behaviour and discipline at home. Mark and his team offer so much more than just martial arts training. They create a supportive, structured environment that encourages respect, resilience and personal development. The dedication and genuine care they show towards every child is clear to see. We’re extremely grateful for the support and guidance they provide, and I couldn’t recommend Kinetics Fight Academy highly enough.

Truly an outstanding kids’ sports club! I can’t say enough about how professional and dedicated Mark and his team are. Since joining, we've seen amazing growth both physically and emotionally – it’s more than just sports, it’s real development. The coaches create such a supportive and motivating environment, and every session is so well-organized. We’re incredibly happy to be part of this club. Highly recommend!
