UPDATE: Joshua gave me a call back and was very eager to get me in to show the facility. Knowledgeable about all classes and times, very open to having me come in. Great customer service and am excited to come in! Went to check it out but no answer this was today at 4pm. Called office no answer, rang door bell twice no answer. A little disappointed i am as I was eager to check out the gym to train.

Posted 1 year agoI'm 62. I've had 4 knee surgeries and a hip replacement. My wife said I'm crazy for doing ju jitsu. I'm here to tell you ju jitsu changed my life. I did a full out sprint at training for the first time in 30yrs. I owe so much to ju jitsu. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with VH. God Bless

The instruction is top notch for all levels and we especially love how we have become a part of such a great community of people. Everyone here has welcomed us and encouraged us. I can see confidence building more and more in our children with each class we take. Highly recommend!
Posted 2 years agoHighly recommended for anyone. Great membership price for the amount of training you get. If you can make it to the noon classes, it's essentially a VIP class. I recommend this gym to anyone who is new to the martial art.
