My son has been coming to Blackwell’s for over 6 years now since he was 4. He absolutely loves it and has grown in confidence. The instructors are amazing with him, very patient and supportive.

I gained my black belt at the Blackwell academy and still train there twice a week under the expert tuition of Martyn, Michael, Bob and Sean. I never miss an opportunity to do a Boot Camp or Technical course with Mick Blackwell who first taught me back in 1982. Excellent club 👊

My son has been attending Blackwell Academy for 3 and a half years and comes at least 4 times a week. I can’t recommend this place enough! The staff are amazing with every single person. Michael & Lewis have been a massive part of my son’s journey so far. Blackwell Academy hasn’t just taught my son karate. It has taught him confidence, social skills, strength & self belief. He comes out smiling after every lesson. Thank you for everything you all do!

Blackwell Academy is a fantastic service to all ages. It continues to build my sons confidence and allows him to achieve within many levels. You’re made to feel like family by Micheal and you are taught to a high standard.. Would highly recommend!

Kids have been coming to Blackwell academy for a couple of years and absolutely love it. The instructors are friendly, encouraging and make lessons a lot of fun, whilst teaching excellent skills. Would definitely recommend!
