Attitude Martial Arts and Self Defence teach a unique syllabus that really works in the real world, and for Men, Women and children off all ages and capabilities. Their unique self defence system is taught by two very skilled and highly respected Black Belt instructors who are passionate in teaching what they have learned over many years of training. I have never found another club anywhere as friendly, dedicated, enjoyable or which gives you such a massive feeling of achievement and which enables you to have a lot more focus and confidence in your day to day life. There really is no other club like it, great training, great people and great Sensei’s.
This class has changed my life! I have not only become confident in martial arts/self defence, I have personally grown in many ways. I am enormously grateful for everyone being continually warm and welcoming. It’s great fun. Attending weekly has become such an important part of my life. Even if I’m feeling I don’t have the capacity to participate, I still show up for me and I’m not pressured to do anything. I’m able to observe and learn. I’m grateful for that opportunity. Huge thank you to Josh and Perry who run the classes. They’re amazing.
