  Amazing Place. The coaches are all friendly and easy to talk to. Very new person friendly for all ages even if you haven’t done any martial arts before.

  Love every minute of training at Unity, incredibly friendly atmosphere and super welcoming. The classes are structured in a way that makes them easy to understand and also great for progression. I have many clubs that are closer to me but I chose to come to unity because it is worth it.

  Training at Unity has been a life-changing experience for me. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has not only improved my physical fitness and resilience but has also strengthened my mental discipline and focus.   The name "unity" tells everything about this school. Regardless your age, gender or motivation, you will find your place here. This gym connects people in truly magical way. If your goal is competing- they will take you there, if you just want to forget about your problems for couple of hours and have fun with friends- unity is the answer. I tried different, more local to me gyms but the atmosphere in unity is so special that it's worth the extra commute time. I also started to take my daughter to kids classes and the coaches go above and beyond to teach children good techniques in a very friendly environment without unnecessary tension.
