I Joined Unity Jiujitsu at 37 with absolutely zero experience, and it’s genuinely been life changing. The coaches are patient, knowledgable, and truly invested in helping you grow. They’ve supported me through every step of my journey to get fitter and stronger, the progress I have made has been incredible.
The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed which makes walking in as a complete beginner so much easier. Everyone encourages each other and it truly feels like a community. The facilities are spotless, well maintained and clearly looked after.
Brilliant and welcoming place to learn and train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The coaches are top class, the facilities are excellent, and everyone who trains there creates a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced, it’s a fantastic place to be.
Both my son's have attended the club both with different goals in terms of what they needed and wanted from learning Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The club welcomes everyone and caters for individuals goals, so if it is about being social while getting fitter, learning something new or purely just for self-defence or you want to compete in tournaments, Luke and his instructors will guide and assist you or your kids (with great patience :-) )to get what you want from their classes. While providing you/them with the right level of fun and discipline when learning this martial art to maintain progress towards achieve individuals goals allowing them to learn at their own pace. This is why I would recommend the club to anyone interested in getting their kids involved BJJ or participating in it themselves.
A great friendly place, amazing coaches who care for all the members on and off the mats. Training here over the last year has been a great experience for developing my Jiu jistu skills , confidence and improving my mental health. Highly recommend

Love every minute of training at Unity, incredibly friendly atmosphere and super welcoming. The classes are structured in a way that makes them easy to understand and also great for progression. I have many clubs that are closer to me but I chose to come to unity because it is worth it.
Training at Unity has been a life-changing experience for me. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has not only improved my physical fitness and resilience but has also strengthened my mental discipline and focus. The sense of community here is incredible, it's not just about learning techniques, but also about building lifelong friendships and support systems. If you're on the fence, take the leap. Unity is more than a gym; it's a family.
The name "unity" tells everything about this school. Regardless your age, gender or motivation, you will find your place here. This gym connects people in truly magical way. If your goal is competing- they will take you there, if you just want to forget about your problems for couple of hours and have fun with friends- unity is the answer. I tried different, more local to me gyms but the atmosphere in unity is so special that it's worth the extra commute time. I also started to take my daughter to kids classes and the coaches go above and beyond to teach children good techniques in a very friendly environment without unnecessary tension.
