Couldn’t recommend Neil highly enough friendly professional and tailors to your needs and requirements, anyone wanting to learn some new fighting skills or just how to depend themselves from an unexpected situation this is the place to go. Treats his members like family in constant contact for any questions you have may and does BBQs and teams events 10/10

I honestly can't rate ULTIMATE STREET DEFENCE enough! I was seeking to learn Self Defence after a traumatic incident, and found ULTIMATE STREET DEFENCE online. I am so glad I did! Reliable? yes, but way more than that! He is infinitely patient, very knowledgable of his subject and can work with people on many levels of ability, and experience. I have private sessions as I respond better to that sort of teaching, and really enjoy learning from Neil, as he makes it enjoyable and explains things, which for a klutz like me is vital lol! Modern life is becoming more volatile, and sadly women are still suffering the brunt of violence, so I recommend any and all to have a go at this! It gives not only techniques for self defence, but adds to ones confidence, so is beneficial in many ways.

The self defence class is amazing on many levels; very good workout, very useful skills to defend myself and it also releases so much stress/frustration. Highly recommend for both physical and mental health!

Neil has so much knowledge and experiance with martial arts, its a great comfortable environment, and he will tailer the sessions to each individual. If you really want to progress with your self defence, this is the place to go. Me and my brother did do joint sessions too which was so much fun. Do it you wont regret it.

Really enjoyed my session with Neil and I can’t wait for my next one. We went over some self defence moves and he was really patient with me and explained everything really well. Neil made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in and I can’t wait for my next session.

My partner has trained with Ultimate Street Defence for a number of years and was very keen for me to learn techniques that could help in any potentially challenging situations that I could find myself or others involved in. I was impressed with Neil’s positive approach to training and how easy and quickly I learnt basic moves and was able to progress onto more advanced self defence training. I would encourage anyone of any age to learn these valuable skills with Ultimate Street Defence as they teach you how to protect yourself and others easily and safely. The training is professional, you are guided through step by step, it is easy to remember and lt is a great sense of achievement as you master each skill! Thank you so much x

Neil is a fantastic. He has given my daughter so much confidence! She is 10 years old and absolutely loves her one to one sessions. I think every child should learn self defense, and I'm glad we went with Neil. He is very experienced, very professional and my daughter has learned so much already since joining and continues to each week. I recommend him to everyone.

I highly recommend Neil as an instructor! He was patient and positive, throughout the session. He praised my moments of progress, no matter how small they were, which always made me feel motivated and encouraged. Even when I made mistakes, Neil always took the time to explain from a theoretical perspectiven, as well providing experiences taken from his own life to drive home the importance. Beyond his excellent teaching skills, Neil is a great guy to be around. He's down-to-earth, friendly, and has a good sense of humor which made the session enjoyable and engaging. Although this was onlt my first session , I felt I learned so much more than expected and left having some simple and effective moves that I can start practicing today. Overall, I can't recommend Neil enough - if you're looking for an MMA instructor who is skilled, supportive, and professional, he's your guy
