  Top place to learn a varient of martial arts or one martial art. Lovely welcoming people, meaning both the Sifu's/coaches and the other people learning. Such a variety to learn, great for building confidence/ self esteem. Kids classes also available

The coaches foster a supportive atmosphere that pushes you to grow, and each class strikes a great balance between hard work and fun.   Really great gym! I train here once a week, and every session I leave having learned something new. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about their students, making sure everyone gets the guidance they need to improve.   My son has been attending 5 Elements since he was 5 years old and is now 9. From day one, he has absolutely loved going and looks forward to every session. Over the years, he has grown so much in confidence, skill, and discipline, and is now proud to be part of the fight team. One of the things we value most is the friendships he has made along the way. The club has created such a positive and supportive environment where the children encourage one another and genuinely enjoy being part of the team. The instructors and coaches are fantastic with the children. They are incredibly encouraging, patient, and caring, while also helping the kids reach their full potential. They take the time to get to know each child and make everyone feel valued and included. We are so grateful to be part of the 5 Elements family and would highly recommend the club to any parent looking for a welcoming, professional, and inspiring martial arts club for their child.

Since joining this community I have achieved things that I never thought I’d be able to accomplish and everyone around me has celebrated this. The coaches are fantastic, and will guide you with extensive knowledge, and valuable insight.

  5-Elements is a special community to be a part of. Whilst serving as masterfully diverse martial arts gym, with different personalities and creed alike, 5-Elements supersedes the reputation of just being an ordinary martial arts gym. I’ve been able to personally experience the warm and welcoming community feeling throughout the years of training and coaching I have received. I can honestly say that I always leave a session happier, having learnt something new and being more fulfilled than when I first walked in. The academy offers a plethora of different training experiences, all of which are taught and coached to the highest degree. If you’re looking to get into martial arts at any level or age, traditional or trending, you will be welcomed. Excursions and training trips to Thailand are offered annually which I would highly recommend. 5-Elements takes a particularly keen interest in building a strong foundation for the youth and adolescence by training them in the martial arts. The kids have great fun but also learn the fundamental principles and disciplines for years to come. I’ve been a long standing member and I’m proud to be part of the community that has been built by Tony, his coaches and the students. A great gym to train where the roots run deep, and I wouldn’t be the same person I am today without 5-Elements.

  My son, daughter and I have all been members of 5 Elements. Training here under Wes and Tony has been an important part of my children’s formative years, having grown in confidence and fitness. As with all fun things, an hour at the gym seems to vanish in a fraction of the time, but we leave exhausted, sweaty and with the buzz of a great workout. The diverse membership across all ages, race, gender etc, reflects the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with support on hand whether you want to train to compete, achieve your strength and cardiovascular fitness goals or just have fun kicking and punching the pads!
