Had my 1st PT session with Daryl this morning at The Underground Gym and loved it! Very friendly Gym and Daryl is a great personal trainer: very aware of my limitations (injuries and age!) and gave me relevant excersises to perform. So glad I joined and signed up there. Would definitely recommend!
Wonderful community, gym has great abundance of all the equipment you need! Also big thanks to Netty,Tom,Alfie and all the wonderful staff who are happy to help😁 very good atmosphere and kind people, the drinks and items menu is also great and cheap.
Joined this gym and was really happy with it from start to finish: the staff are really welcoming and kind, the equipment is decent, and the shower facilities all work and are clean. Unfortunately I had to terminate my membership earlier than expected but I am extremely grateful for Underground's understanding with this. In any case, I managed to shed around 10lbs in just 4 weeks here. Particular shout out goes to Netty and Alfie - cheers both!
Netty is an absolutely amazing receptionist and a real credit to the gym. From the moment I walked in for my very first visit, she was so helpful, kind and caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel genuinely valued and welcome. First experiences can be a bit nerve-racking, but Netty’s warm personality and reassuring manner completely put me at ease and made my first time at the gym really worthwhile. Thank you, Netty, for going above and beyond – people like you make all the difference.
Amazing gym, extremely friendly staff. The classes are great and everyone is really welcoming :) I used to be intimidated by gyms and machines, and this place has helped me feel comfortable working out. So so happy! The prices are also very reasonable, highly recommend!!!
Absolutely joke the girl at the reception she told me F off before because I’ve asked her to make my protein shake and I’ve just asked the guy today to do my shake again she got involved when she’s not even working she said they don’t have ice I said I don’t mind she didn’t let him to do the shake. I’ve cancelled my membership because of her Need much more better management Just to make it easier for the manager it happened at around 16:49 30/08/2026
