The highest quality coaching in the area. Loads of fun and I have progressed a lot since joining.

I can't recommend One Jiu-Jitsu highly enough. My son absolutely loves the sessions, and learning BJJ has been such a positive experience for him both physically and for his social confidence. Coach Ivam is truly wonderful. It is amazing to see how much all the children respect him; they listen so keenly to his instruction and stay engaged throughout the session. The atmosphere is aspirational but not overly competitive, as all the children are welcoming and kind to one another. Beyond the coaching, I’ve really enjoyed the community aspect - it’s been great learning more about BJJ from the other parents. The gym itself is very nice, and features a great viewing area where you can comfortably watch the classes.

My son started BJJ a few weeks ago and he loves it so much. Ivam is an amazing coach, not only teaching the techniques but all the real martial art essence, creating an incredible atmosphere between the children, with the older ones always being helpful with young ones, in a true sense of community.

I have been a member at One Jiu-Jitsu for a couple of months now and have loved every minute of it. I had played football for pretty much my whole life but ‘retired’ 2 years ago, aged 32. Since then, I’ve missed the camaraderie, discipline and positive competitiveness in a sporting environment. So I decided to try something completely new, having no prior martial arts experience at all, and I can confidently and proudly say that it’s filled the ‘void’ I’ve had over the past few years. Coach Ivam and the team are amazing. They’re great teachers and people in general. They’re incredibly patient and coach in a positive and engaging way, I have learned so much in a short space of time. If you’re thinking of trying something new or need that oomph back in your active life, then give One Jiu-Jitsu a try. You won’t regret it!

BJJ for everyone. Love the people and environment! The coaches are amazing and always take their time to explain the techniques to everyone. Great attention to detail so I love that. I always look forward to attending my sessions and have fun on the mats with my teammates. My skills and confidence have improved and I’m great-full for the experience. Oss🥋 Malie Costa

Joining One Jiu Jitsu has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I belonged. The coaches genuinely care about your progress, and the teammates quickly become friends who feel more like family. It’s a place where you’re pushed to grow, supported when you struggle, and celebrated when you succeed. It’s more than just training – it’s being part of something special.
