I had the pleasure of visiting Torch MMA & Fitness for their one year anniversary yesterday! What an awesome gym filled with incredible people. The facility is very clean with awesome amenities. Super family friendly and welcoming. Solid technical instruction for BJJ and Striking from all the instructors for all levels. Check them out!

Our kids (16, 14, and 12) have thrived at Torch for a year now. The coaches take genuine interest in the success of each student, ensuring the most important aspect of training - self-defense. The coaches are patient, kind, and fun, and I also appreciate their emphasis on character. Whether you're looking for a fight, fitness, or self-defense gym, this is it!

If you are looking for a fight gym with great coaching and programs look no further! If you want to focus just on striking, BJJ, or both this place has it all. I am focusing mostly on BJJ right now and the early morning classes 5x a week they offer fit perfectly with my schedule. No other gym around had morning classes this often.
On top of the great scheduling Torch has an amazing atmosphere for everyone, whether you’re looking to compete professionally or you’re a stay at home parent looking to get some extra fitness in. You have access to top tier coaches in our community who are also actively competing who will push you in all aspects.
They also offer a great kids program. Keenan, Warren, Mo and Kade are really making an impact on the young kids in the community through the platform of combat sports. Couldn’t recommend this gym anymore!

We are very happy with Torch MMA!
The instructors are very patient and knowledgeable. The facility is well equipped, decorated professionally, and laid out well. Our son is always eager to attend class because the team atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. MMA training is inherently difficult, and many children have a difficult time adjusting to the rigors. The coaches here work the drills in such a way as to make it fun for the kids.
The costs are reasonable, and the location is convenient to anyone in the Sixes, Town Lake, Bridge Mill, Bells, Ferry area.
