I do not hesitate to give a five star review to Gracie Barra North Cherokee. I have known Professor Fabio and Professor Marcia for many years. They are very professional but also caring to the needs of their students. Whether you are an aspiring competitor, someone looking for self-defense, or a place for your child to learn self-defense and discipline Gracie Barra North Cherokee is for you. I enjoy training at Gracie Barra because of the safe environment which is provided by the instructors. The Professors always speak of keeping a positive environment for everyone to learn. Students are truly supportive of each other not only in competition but in life.

As a result of their time and attention that they have given us, we have excelled at numerous world level competitions. They always make us feel at home and like we are part of their family. The instruction here is incredibly safe and emphasizes the proper mechanics, which helps prevent injuries. As a woman, I found this environment to be empowering; it's not just about fitness, but also about building confidence and endurance. I recently earned my first stripe, when Professor Fabio called me up, I was overwhelmed with emotion. The tears started flowing as I realized that all the sweat, effort, and perseverance had paid off. This stripe represents not just my progress in BJJ, but also the personal growth I've experienced along the way.
