Cruz & Sophie at The Pit are the absolute best. My daughter has gone to them for over 4 years. They have the knowledge the experience and the love for what they do and who they do it for. Highly recommend them if you’re thinking about getting your child or yourself into martial arts in particular Hawaiian Kenpo.

Posted 1 year agoI was visiting family in Boisie and decided to stop by The Pit. I train at a "Royal Society Striking Academy" in Texas. I went in for a kickboxing class and had a blast. Very clean and welcoming, and Sophie demonstrated very good technical knowledge on striking. Anytime I visit Boisie, I will stop by for sure.
Posted 2 years agoWe were referred to The Pit by a friend of ours who takes their son for Kemp classes and are so glad that we got the referral. We started taking our son for the Kempo classes and loved this gym so much that now our daughter and I go regularly for classes as well. We love all of the instructors as well as the other gym members. Everyone is always very respectful and friendly. Our kids are learning a great skill, but also things like work ethic, discipline, and much more. I have and will continue to recommend this gym to all of my friends and family!
Posted 3 years agoBeen attending kick-boxing classes for about 2 weeks so far. I absolutely love going to class! It's a gym but feels like a close knit family. Sophie is amazing with the workouts and helps me stay motivated. Would highly recommend, plus the 1st class is free to try out. Rave reviews!! Come try it out!
