I started here with no prior knowledge of any martial arts, where I decided to attend the muay thai and submission wrestling classes. Everyone in those classes including the coaches were extremely nice, respectful and informative. I would definitely recommend this place whether you’re a complete beginner like myself or an experienced fighter.
