  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible place to train! I've been training at Brothers 4 Life Kings Lynn BJJ and I couldn't be happier. The atmosphere is super welcoming, the coaching is top-notch, and there's a strong sense of respect and support among everyone on the mats. The instructors explain things clearly, help correct mistakes, and really care about your progress. The gym is clean and well-organized, and the discipline is balanced . If you're looking for more than just a workout - a place to grow, learn, and be part of something real - this is the place.

  Brothers 4 Life BJJ was a Google recommendation we came across when looking to sign our 8 year old up to Jiu Jitsu. Google didn’t disappoint! A friendly, welcoming team of instructors with a superb amount of knowledge and skill which has allowed our little boy to grow in confidence and skill in such a short period of time. The instructors for the junior classes we attend are patient, compassionate and supportive of all children in the class. The parents of the junior group are also friendly and supportive of each and every child too which is heartwarming. It’s been a lovely experience for us and our son who absolutely loves his new sport. The facilities are excellent, the staff are helpful and the camaraderie is something you’ll not want to miss out on.

  I come from Rotorua New Zealand. Everytime I visit my Mum here In England I drop in to Brothers 4 life Jiu-jitsu. I am wel omed with open arms warm hearts and friendly smiles. Amazing in depth coaching and great feedback . So I not only look for ward to seeing my mum and my family but seeing my English Jiu-jitsu family at brothers 4 life Proffessor Manases and Alex and the team. Thanks for having me.

  I have trained at B4L BJJ for many years, the club has a great atmosphere which is always friendly and welcoming with no egos, Manasses our head instructor has a wealth of endless knowledge. The schedule has lots of classes with lunch time and morning sessions which really helps as I work shifts. Facilities are also great with large mat space, changing facilities, toilets etc. If you want to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in King’s Lynn then there’s not a better place!

  Great place. As soon as you enter you can feel the sense of camaraderie and brotherhood between everyone. The instructors are always patient, and work super hard to bring the best quality lessons to students. Whether you are experienced or brand new to BJJ, you will always be welcome at B4L.
