I train at Brothers4Life BJJ King's Lynn — usually once a week, sometimes twice — and I'm still a beginner, but I love it. Alex Kovacs, our women's coach, is honestly incredible — a 2025 World Champion herself, and so patient and encouraging with beginners like me. 🥋 She's running a 5-week Women's Only BJJ Self-Defense course starting July 29th — perfect if you've been curious but nervous to start. There are plenty of women on the mats already, so you won't be the only one. 💪 No-ego, supportive atmosphere all round. Highly recommend! 🙌

I joined B4L self defence classes 4 weeks ago after a recommendation from my friend. 3 weeks ago I started beginners Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I was so nervous but the coaches are phenomenal, supportive and & so engaging. It's an environment many would feel nervous to join but I cannot recommend this place or the classes enough. Everyone is friendly, and though my fitness was the main aim and I worried I cannot keep up, I know with time, practice and if I keep showing up, these guys will keep teaching me and continue giving me the confidence to get better.

My kids have absolutely loved training at Brothers 4 Life BJJ. From day one, the coaches and team made them feel welcome, supported, and included. The instruction is excellent, with a strong focus on discipline, respect, confidence, and personal development alongside the technical side of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As a parent, it's fantastic to see how much their confidence has grown, both on and off the mats. The atmosphere is friendly, family-oriented, and encouraging, making it a great place for children of all abilities. I highly recommend this club to any parent looking for a positive, safe, and rewarding activity for their child.

My kids enjoy this session every Monday and look forward to it. The trainer takes her time to explain each move and has the complete attention of the kids.

Amazing coaching and community. My boy absolutely loves training and has made some great friends. Alex is an amazing teacher and as well as being a champion on the mat teaches respect and kindness which really shows in the group. The kids support each other and cheer on everyone's wins big or small.

Been taking our 7-year-old son for the past half term and he genuinely looks forward to every session and comes away excited by what he’s learned. The coaches are fantastic — they strike the perfect balance between discipline and fun, keeping the children engaged while teaching them skills, discipline and respect. It’s clear they know how to bring out the best in each child, regardless of ability. It is welcoming and supportive, and all the coaches, parents and children create a really friendly environment. We would highly recommend Brothers for Life to anyone thinking about getting their child involved.

Fantastic coaches and a community built on respect and discipline. Our child adores their training sessions and as parents we are also wanting to join. Genuinely cannot recommend BJJ Brothers for Life enough... they are brilliant

I previously trained no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Bedford. After changing careers and moving locations, I tried several different gyms, including ones in Lincoln and Cambridge. Brothers 4 Life BJJ stands out with its clean, welcoming environment, excellent instruction, and—most importantly—its well-structured classes. The sessions strike a great balance between focused teaching time and open mat, giving you the freedom to drill or roll as you choose. I can’t recommend Brothers 4 Life BJJ highly enough, especially considering how reasonably priced they are.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible place to train! I've been training at Brothers 4 Life Kings Lynn BJJ and I couldn't be happier. The atmosphere is super welcoming, the coaching is top-notch, and there's a strong sense of respect and support among everyone on the mats. The instructors explain things clearly, help correct mistakes, and really care about your progress. The gym is clean and well-organized, and the discipline is balanced . If you're looking for more than just a workout - a place to grow, learn, and be part of something real - this is the place.

Brothers 4 Life BJJ was a Google recommendation we came across when looking to sign our 8 year old up to Jiu Jitsu. Google didn’t disappoint! A friendly, welcoming team of instructors with a superb amount of knowledge and skill which has allowed our little boy to grow in confidence and skill in such a short period of time. The instructors for the junior classes we attend are patient, compassionate and supportive of all children in the class. The parents of the junior group are also friendly and supportive of each and every child too which is heartwarming. It’s been a lovely experience for us and our son who absolutely loves his new sport. The facilities are excellent, the staff are helpful and the camaraderie is something you’ll not want to miss out on.

I have trained at B4L BJJ for many years, the club has a great atmosphere which is always friendly and welcoming with no egos, Manasses our head instructor has a wealth of endless knowledge. The schedule has lots of classes with lunch time and morning sessions which really helps as I work shifts. Facilities are also great with large mat space, changing facilities, toilets etc. If you want to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in King’s Lynn then there’s not a better place!
