Top top place! I've only been at it a few weeks but besides the training, the atmosphere and camaraderie makes you want to go back. Ciaran and Laura are sound and the gym is credit to them and their hardwork. Highly highly recommend.
Posted 1 year agoT45 is a really well run gym with lovely staff. It is very clean and welcoming and my children really enjoy the training sessions. Laura, Ciaran and all of the staff are efficient, kind and go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is training to meet their full potential.
Posted 1 year agoMy kids both train here, and the training sessions are the highlight of their week! Ciaran and Laura are top class coaches, and the gym provides a welcoming, fun environment for everyone. I highly recommend T45 to anyone.
Posted 1 year agoMy 8yr old daughter joined this club after trying out BJJ at just one open day, she instantly loved it, and started the next Monday! From her first day, Laura and Ciaran have been welcoming, friendly, and great fun. Instilling discipline, confidence and respect into all the children it's such a great atmosphere. My daughter has so much fun I don't think she even realises the self defense benefits she's gaining every day. Highly recommended for all kids and adults!
Posted 1 year agoMy son has been training at T45 for over two years now , he loves the gym so much he is now training 5 days a week, Ciaran is a fantastic coach and goes out of his way to support my son , travelling to various competitions to corner and give advice.Laura is so welcoming and always is looking out for the kids in the gym. Excellent gym.
