  Training here a good few months, have done a mix of 1-1 training and classes and have enjoyed both. All levels are welcome, staff are friendly, great value for money, great if your looking for something new be it fitness, Muay Thai, boxing, jiu jitsu etc. All levels & interests are catered for. You move at the pace your comfortable at. 5/5!

  Very small shop, but what they stock is good. Great customer service too. My son is a returning customer and always happy with his purchases.

  I never felt so comfortable in a gym, I went to my first class last night. Great bunch of people, enthusiastic about each-others progress. Looking forward to my next class.
