  As an active member of the club, I can't emphasise enough how much I love the fantastic atmosphere, the supportive and friendly people, and the high quality training style Sean incorporates into every single session. The gym's additional equipment, including a heavy bag, various dumbbells, a bench and squat area, kettlebells, sandbags, Olympic rings, battle ropes, wrestling dummies etc, on-top on a variety of different classes provide an all-encompassing fitness experience for absolutely everyone. The recent renovations are a game-changer, with a relaxing lounge area overlooking the mats for post porrada chats and session viewing, the brand new locker/changing rooms, not to mention fresh new mats for safe and enjoyable training. Oceanic Jiu jitsu is for everybody and we welcome all new comers with open arms 😄🤙🏻

  By far and away, the most welcoming club in Cork. Sean is an expert in Jiu jitsu. He has put in the work and it shows. I was proud to train there and learnt a lot from all the coaches at Oceanic. The pricing is also fantastic. You can tell it is a real labour of love for Sean.

  I started the “beginner course” and went for 2 classes only since it was not beginner at all, all the lads had really good level which make it for a total beginner really difficult to start, i’ve got injury and my membership was put on hold and when I was ready to start again i was asking if the beginner group this time was actually on beginner level, i wrote to Sean few times he never replied, i lost my money. Really bad service i dont recommend it at all

  I’ve been a member for almost a year and safe to say Sean (coach) and all the team in oceanix have made sure I’ve enjoyed my experince to the max, seans attention to detail in training is second to none. With morning and evening classes there’s times to suit everyone’s lifestyle, couldn't recommend the gym anymore!
