Great place to train. Roy is passionate about BJJ and martial arts. He is very knowledgeable on how the art is efficient for self defense, what works for competition and what works for your own style. The coach has good observation and gives great advices on small details to improve your game. The students are ego free and everyone is helping each other to progress. The coach also works in great collaboration with the coaches from Kano Samurai Judo Club to help having a balanced game. Totally recommend!!!

Started jiu jitsu here two years ago without any grappling experience. It has been my obsession ever since. Great coach and a friendly and welcoming team. Also, the affiliation with Team FM means we can cross-train for free at Team FM in the City Centre, which is a nice perk! Won best academy at the Cork Circuit BJJ competition in October 2024, so you know it’s legit!
