Been coming to TKO one and off for years now. Defiantly my govto spot when looking to do some boxing. Alan has been coaching me and has been great. I've been to a lot of clubs in maidstone. But TKO stands out for me.. It's a clue that offers a warm and pleasant environment that is all about learning and being respectful. Woukd recommend to all abilities.

Extremely happy with TKO Academy in Maidstone! My son trains there and his progress has been amazing. The instructors are true professionals with a great attitude towards the kids. The atmosphere is disciplined, motivating, and exactly what you’d expect from a real kickboxing gym. Highly recommended!

Great gym! Myself and my daughter have been coming for 2years. Friendly and for all abilities - whether wanting to kickbox / box seriously or just get fit in a far more fun way! Always leave feeling better mentally and physically. Highly recommend!

TKO are legends in my book great trainers and sessions are always varied and top quality. Attended two UWCB events over the last year with health and fitness improving dramatically due to the input from all @ TKO getting me in prime condition & boxing ability to really prepare for each fight and enjoy the experience. A+

Ive had the most amazing 8 weeks of boxing training at TKO academy. The coaches are all fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and supportive group of people to train with. I highly recommend to anyone that’s thinking of joining!

Awesome gym with great vibes, doesn’t matter if you want to become the next Ali or just enjoy some fitness! 100% a must try for anyone considering joining or trying a free session. I’ve been a member now for 4 years and can’t see me ever leaving, best instructors around!
