I attended a morning class at this gym during my trip to London. All the members were friendly and gentlemanly. Professor Oliveira in particular gave detailed lessons. And he treated me kindly as I came from Korea. It was a truly memorable time for my first trip to England. I highly recommend anyone living nearby to register at this gym and receive instruction from Professor Oliveira. I am truly grateful to the Oliveira team for welcoming me so warmly.

Nothing is better than getting the opportunity to train the best martial art with the best people at your side always ready to offer assistance if needed. This is an amazing club with such a beautiful atmosphere among the other people who train there. I 100% recommend this to anyone seeking to put in the grind

My son who is 14 has been attending for 2 months now and I cannot recommend this BJJ academy enough! The atmosphere, energy, support and camaraderie is second to none! I feel so comfortable knowing he is practicing and learning in such a friendly, safe yet challenging space. It was exactly what he needed and he is now attending 2 to 3 times a week! He always comes out smiling, having had a great time. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a safe, friendly, kind, supportive dojo! Thank you all at BJJ art, Noah feels part of the BJJ family you've created!

At the time of writing this review BJJ ART UK have 69 5 STAR reviews and deservedly so!! My son has been going for almost 2 years and in that time his self confidence and possibly more importantly his self control have rocketed beyond belief (it has even had an impact on his self control at school). Marshal arts for a child can be tough and the professors are utterly fantastic in making sure that the children are not overwhelmed by it all. I can't recommend BJJ ART UK enough.

When I moved to London in October of last year, I found this gem when looking for a gym in my area. I had never done martial arts before and worried that doing something so different to my previous disciplines (swimming, rowing, triathlons) would be intimidating and unfruitful, but I found Professor Oliveira, as well as the whole group, to be supportive, passionate, and welcoming. BJJ is nothing to take lightly, so expect to be humbled and called out if you're slacking, but I highly recommend giving it a go if you've never done it before. This gym is genuinely one of the reasons that I settled so comfortably into London, as it gave me a community. If you are a woman that is looking for a BJJ gym, just know that there are few other women at the club and that other clubs in London may be better suited if the ratio of men to women is important to you, but Professor Oliveira is very attentive in making sure the men treat you with respect and care. This is very much a smaller gym than others I've encountered in London, meaning that the timetable is more limited, but if the schedule works with your lifestyle, you'll find the membership is one of the best in regards to pricing in London. Oss :)
