  Carlson Gracie London is a fantastic place to train. The gym has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and I’ve had the chance to meet great people and build meaningful friendships here. Training here has helped me learn much more than just jiu-jitsu. I’ve been able to exchange ideas, learn from others, and grow both on and off the mats. The instructors are excellent—knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help. They create an environment where everyone feels welcome, regardless of experience level. I highly recommend Carlson Gracie London to anyone looking for high-quality training and a great community. ขอบคุณครับ 🙏🏾

  Best gym i've ever trained at!! After moving around alot and trained at well over 20 places on my travels, its hard to beat the energy of this place and the level of training. Real friendly environment for newcomers and visitors alike. Always try to find reasons to come back to London just to train here.

  As a professional boxer, I’ve trained in many gyms, and this is one of the best environments I’ve experienced. The coaches, students, and even the kids have created a welcoming, supportive culture with no ego and a genuine desire to help each other improve. Everyone genuinely wants to see you succeed, and that attitude is felt throughout the club. Great coaching, great facilities, and an atmosphere that keeps you wanting to come back. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

  Outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. I visited Carlson Gracie London in early January, and trained for about two weeks at the CGL Hammersmith location. Needless to say, it was one of the best experiences of my life. From the high level professional instruction - Wilson, Glen, Jonathan, John Henry, Sean, Daniel - to the camaraderie and respect of fellow students, Carlson Gracie Lives! The entire team was welcoming from the very first minute, and made me feel like I had another family on the other side of the world that I never knew about. Thank you so much for the experience. Looking forward to returning one day. OSS!

  I visited Carlson Gracie London for the first time for a grading day. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was part of the family. I'll definitely be coming back from January 2026 at least once a week hopefully. Carlson Gracie Slough OSS 🤙🏽

  I'm based outside of London, but whenever I'm here I sign up for a week. Plenty of classes, including Judo and Wrestling. Glenn and Eric are great coaches respectively. The fundamentals class and general class are top notch. Jon Villada is a great instructor, as is Martin Foot, and did a class today with Sam Gibson. 4 maybe 5 black belts on the mats, all sparring with each other alongside white belts. Family vibe, with an old school feel, its become my second home. Always made to feel welcome as a visitor.

  Signed up for the wrestling-only membership last month, and I can safely say it's the best wrestling class I've been to. Eric Ciake is a fantastic coach and makes the sessions engaging and detailed. The club is very down to Earth, not full of arrogant instructors or students like other places. Highly recommend.

  Amazing gym with fantastic instructors and great students. Trained for some years at another club up North and was always told Carlson's London was a top gym. When I went I was made welcomed by the instructors and students alike. If you want to learn or improve your BJJ then this gym should be at the top of your list.
