  I haven’t trained BJJ before but great coach Jackson taught nicely with details. will get you love BJJ, great training session, nice people. I highly recommend anyone looking for BJJ gym.

  I absolutely love training at Cantagalo! The team is amazing — supportive, respectful, and truly dedicated to helping everyone grow and improve. You can really feel the positive energy and sense of community here. I also want to highlight the women’s class — it’s such an empowering and safe environment where everyone encourages each other. I’ve felt welcomed from day one, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone wanting to learn, grow, and train in a positive space.

  I’ve been training here for just over a year and it truly feels like my second home. The coaches are amazing—super knowledgeable, always open to questions. The vibe is welcoming and supportive!!! 5 stars aren’t enough—this gym is a 10/10!

  Absolutely love this gym. 5 stars doesn’t really do it justice. I wish i could give it 10 stars. All the coaches are amazing at teaching, really open to questions and always give feedback in a friendly way. They are very supportive when competing in competitions. Very friendly environment. 10/10 jiujitsu gym.

  Truly an amazing gym with really great people! Started my BJJ journey here and I am so glad I did. The coaches and the team are the nicest people and have a strong sense of community. The teaching is top class, explanations make everything make sense, and it’s really fun! Everyone is there to help each other and really bring alive the « each one teach one » motto. There are students of all levels, from all backgrounds, all super friendly and welcoming. I was initially worried to be the only woman there, but there are so many inspiring women there, pretty much every class, and the men are very respectful. Joining them and first giving them a try has been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Could not recommend them enough!
