I’ve been training at this gym on and off for a couple of years now and have enjoyed every class I have ever attended. Diogo and his team are excellent teachers and both they and those who train here are very friendly and welcoming. There are a good mix of classes so whether you are a beginner looking learn the basics, someone who wants to only train lightly or someone looking to maximise sparring, there will be a class for you. Cannot speak highly enough of this place and would strongly recommend!

I have been training for the past year at Consistency BJJ and it’s been an amazing experience. The teaching is on point and everyone is there to help and to learn . I have had the opportunity to meet some like minded people and you walk away feeling great after every session. Most importantly the mats are cleaned after every session and it’s spotless!!! Much gratitude to the teachers at consistency.. Prof Diogo, Fernando & Daniel. Needless to say, I highly recommend it!!:))

I can’t say enough good things about Consistency! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the friendly and supportive community. It is home away from home. The professors are top-notch—knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help the children improve. They create a positive and motivating environment for all children making each class both challenging and fun. Highly recommend for anyone looking to start or further their Jiu-Jitsu journey! Thank you Diogo, Daniel, Alex and Jack for making my sons experience always positive.

My two sons (10 and 7) have been training at Consistency BJJ since February 2025, and it’s been a fantastic experience. We’d tried another local school before, but it wasn’t the right fit and the fees were very high. Consistency is far more affordable for families like ours, yet the quality of coaching and care is outstanding. The instructors are professional, encouraging, and brilliant with children. From day one, the boys were welcomed by both coaches and kids. The atmosphere is supportive and fun, their confidence has grown hugely, and they now feel part of the team—so much so that they’re even thinking about competing. Consistency is a hidden gem on North End Road. It provides excellent, high-quality training in a safe and enjoyable environment, while also being accessible to local families who might otherwise be priced out. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really wanted to show my appreciation for how much this club has done for my boys. I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Incredible BJJ studio. You will find discipline, community, and consistency here. Social but serious, challenging but rewarding. The team is skilled and attentive. Come along for a trial class! You won’t regret it
