  Such a great time at this gym. Plenty of top quality and good vibe classes from Muay Thai to Calisthenics here. Ricardo the owner is a top quality guy and has helped me so much the last few years. Highly recommend. Never known a gym as welcoming to all as this

The facility is always spotless, well-organized, and equipped with everything that caters to your every workout need.

  SSG is a great multi disciplinary gym. Because of the two gym spaces you have access to combat/Muay Thai training, Calisthenics and more traditional weight/strength training. Fantastic coaches, friendly and welcoming environment and members really encourage one another.

  Amazing gym, filled with nothing but support, friendships and support. Since being a part of SSG. I have met an amazing group of people. People with huge amounts of skills and talent and people who have taught and shown me things I’ve wished to be able to do for years. Whether it’s callisthenics, with Ricardo, Shaggy, Gary or Claire, Muay Thai, or MMA. There is something at SSG for everyone. If you have always wanted to be part of a community focused gym. This is the one to sign up to! Unbeatable vibes!

  My favourite gym I’ve ever been a member of. A very friendly environment, everyone in there is happy to smile and say hello male or female! A superb place to train to learn about Calisthenics from the trainers and the members. Lots of knowledge and expertise in the combat unit side too!
