  Great gym with a family unit atmosphere. What you put in is what you get out. But you end up wanting more not just in the gym, but also in life. The coaches will give you the confidence to walk 10ft taller.

  If you want to do Muay Thai for fitness, the cardio workout at Savage will make you super fit soon enough, if you want it for fighting, you'll be in that ring sooner than you think, fighting for real... Amazing and experienced coaches will always have your back... and your corner. First rule for you... Just be consistent... What you put in you get so much out of it, not forgetting the benefit for the mind and spirit as well as body, truly holistic. Whatever you want out of it... Savage is very adaptable to anyone... I'm absolutely hooked!!

  As a coach myself , I have quite high standards on who I choose to teach me something . Ade takes great pride in his team whether you are a fighter or not and gives you the attention you need . There is quite a personal element to this gym and you aren't treat like a number . I feel truly honoured to be part of such a team under a fantastic coach.

  Absolutely top notch Muay Thai and K1 gym offering authentic Thai style tuition from devoted and experienced coaches, and classes for beginners up to dedicated fighters. Literally pumping out champions this gym currently boasts several active title holders and the training varies from paced drills, tech and pad work upto high intensity cardio, sparring (light and heavy) and full on fight club sessions and shark tank sessions.
