Literally pumping out champions this gym currently boasts several active title holders and the training varies from paced drills, tech and pad work upto high intensity cardio, sparring (light and heavy) and full on fight club sessions and shark tank sessions.
As a coach myself , I have quite high standards on who I choose to teach me something . Ade takes great pride in his team whether you are a fighter or not and gives you the attention you need . There is quite a personal element to this gym and you aren't treat like a number . I feel truly honoured to be part of such a team under a fantastic coach.
