  Great gym! Great coach to allow me and my son to swing by on short notice. My son and I travel a lot for work and he’s a competitor always needing some work to put in, and they allowed us to come and he even got to learn things he’s never learned even after 3 years of training. Very welcoming to everyone

  My son and I have recently begun taking lessons at this location. Initially we were only looking for something for my son. After watching, I could not wait to jump in my self with the adult classes. In a short time we have both learned a lot about the sport, and picked up some new skills. It is a pleasure working with the Owner, the coaches, and even the other members. The experience has so far been rewarding. I recommend this location for anyone interested in the sport. Go check it out! Update: we have continued to attend class here for a few years. I am very happy with what I have learned, and continue to learn. My wife has even began attending class on occasion. I could not ask for a better experience.

  Walked in the door and was immediately greeted and welcomed as if I had been training there for months. Dan, the instructor is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra step to make sure you are learning. Every student is also welcoming and make sure you are comfortable. Looking forward to continuing to train here for long!

  From the moment you step through the door, it's clear that this is a place where professionalism and expertise are paramount. The instructor Dan was incredibly knowledgeable and brought a wealth of experience to every class. The teaching is not only technically precise but also engaging and supportive, making sure that every student, regardless of their level, receives personalized attention and guidance. The atmosphere in the gym is both welcoming and focused, fostering a strong sense of community and camaraderie. Lets not forget the positive impact of physical exercise!! Five stars all the way!!!!

  Ive never been to a more welcoming gym before. Ive traveled around to other gyms and have to say SAS Team Manchester is the place to start and and a place to come back and learn.

  I’m not currently taking classes at this facility, but had the pleasure of meeting Dan at the school where I do train and now I’m doing private lessons with him. He’s patient, knowledgeable and methodical in his approach. I’ve learned a lot and I’m really grateful to have him as an instructor. You won’t regret training with Dan at his school.

  I began my Jiu Jitsu journey here. Such an awesome place to learn about an amazing sport. The owner is very knowledgeable, with a passion that spills over to the students. I really respect and appreciate the philosophy and approach to the education. Although this is a combat sport, there is a strong emphasis on safety here. During drills and mat conversations, there is clear guidance on how to ensure both us and our partners can stay healthy, so we can come back day after day to train. But their is also a good progression of building the fundamental skills. I think there is a good balance of making it challenging and engaging, but everyone can go as hard or as slow as they need to depending on their experience. We are learning at a good rate, and, for now, the academy is small. So we get a lot of individual attention. Over time, I can definitely see this school growing. I feel like one day I'll be able to say, "I was there when that place first opened!" My son is still too young, but the kids class looks like fun too I know I just started, but I totally drank the Kool-aid. This place is awesome! Come train with us in a fun and friendly environment 👍
