I joined the RSDA self-defence classes just before Christmas, and my only regret is not starting sooner. James, the instructor, does an excellent job of breaking down each move, making learning easy and enjoyable. The group is incredibly friendly and welcoming—it genuinely feels like one big family, unlike other groups I’ve tried in the past. If you’re interested in learning how to defend yourself and de-escalate situations using proven methods taught to today’s police force—developed by Neil Walton, the founder of RSDA and an active front-line officer—you should definitely check out the 3-day trial sessions. I have trained with KMDA for a number of years now. I have always received first class instruction along with fun and enjoyable lessons. It’s a wonderfully diverse club that has always opened it’s to people of all abilities.

There are many reasons to try Krav Maga, fitness, confidence, fun but also the tuition by James and his team is first class. It's an intuitive system that teaches you to defend yourself and you'll have fun and make new friends. Excellent club.

Great atmosphere, superb workout and a very interesting experience. Every time I go to one of these sessions I walk out with more confidence and knowledge to defending myself which I believe is invaluable. I highly recommenced people to try out these classes.
