    I joined the RSDA self-defence classes just before Christmas, and my only regret is not starting sooner. James, the instructor, does an excellent job of breaking down each move, making learning easy and enjoyable. The group is incredibly friendly and welcoming—it genuinely feels like one big family, unlike other groups I’ve tried in the past.     There are many reasons to try Krav Maga, fitness, confidence, fun but also the tuition by James and his team is first class. It's an intuitive system that teaches you to defend yourself and you'll have fun and make new friends. Excellent club.

    Great atmosphere, superb workout and a very interesting experience. Every time I go to one of these sessions I walk out with more confidence and knowledge to defending myself which I believe is invaluable. I highly recommenced people to try out these classes.
