Friendly club with great people. Oli makes everyone feel welcome, even total beginners. I was nervous before my first class but I didn't need to be. These classes have helped me with my fitness and weight management and I would recommend to anyone looking for a new healthy activity.

I’ve been going for a little while now to the Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu jitsu and honestly it’s such a welcoming environment for ages and abilitys ! Worlds class trainers and an all round family like atmosphere! After trying a few gyms out over the years this is by far the best and most professionally ran gym I’ve been to! I highly recommend signing up ! Hope this helps.

Been practicing ju jitsu here for 3 years and it's changed my life for the best. Everyone working here is a professional and its a great environment to develop your skills. Good job guys keep up the hard work!!

Basement Martial Arts is easily the best gym in the area, from the world pro coaches to the students of all levels and abilities it's a place to really learn your art and get fit. Highly recommended 👊🏼👊🏼
