    I joined the club in 2011 and have enjoyed learning and practising the art of Zen Kempo Ju-Jitsu ever since. This club is full of great people who are all there to help each other. You will learn a true life skill which will give you confidence, fitness and discipline. I highly recommend this club, go along for a taster session and I guarantee you'll want to join.
