  Apprehensive at first... but everyone was so nice. Both the kids and I love going to various classes. Supportive, knowledgeable coaches who help you understand the fundamentals whatever the discipline you are learning or training. We tried other gyms in the area and they were all a bit impersonal all be it shiny. Wish we had found it sooner. Great people who are all genuine and polite.

  Premier League class MMA Gym that accomadates high level grappling and Striking all in one place. Coaches are amazing and highly experienced - thanks to Daz, Simon, Caz & Aron. Two active pro fighters (Ollie & Jamie) train at Team Force which is an added bonus for additional expert knowledge and training.

  Fantastic Club. Friendly & highly knowledgeable coaches and members provide a really positive training experience. Can’t recommend highly enough. I’m an older athlete & can honestly say Force Submission is great for any age. If you’re looking for the best place to learn martial arts then look no further.

  An excellent place to train. The atmosphere is excellent, everyone gets along, the coaches are very approachable and communicate excellently, and there's a huge variety of lessons available both before and after working hours to fit around busy schedules. Could not recommend the gym enough!

  Excellent place to train and learn. The coaching team are welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. There is a range skill level from beginners to elite and it is a great place to go too. Both the timetable classes and 1-2-1's are great fun to do.
