  Premier League class MMA Gym that accomadates high level grappling and Striking all in one place. Coaches are amazing and highly experienced - thanks to Daz, Simon, Caz & Aron. Two active pro fighters (Ollie & Jamie) train at Team Force which is an added bonus for additional expert knowledge and training.

  An excellent place to train. The atmosphere is excellent, everyone gets along, the coaches are very approachable and communicate excellently, and there's a huge variety of lessons available both before and after working hours to fit around busy schedules. Could not recommend the gym enough!

  Excellent place to train and learn. The coaching team are welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. There is a range skill level from beginners to elite and it is a great place to go too. Both the timetable classes and 1-2-1's are great fun to do.
