Christios is a superlative, attentive and patient teacher. The class is great value for money, excellent for improving fitness and developing essential skills. My son loves this class. I would highly recommend.
Great class and nothing like this available anywhere in Kent! The instructor takes great care in ensuring you learn proper techniques. Overall, a nice bunch of friendly people and I highly recommend giving it a try!
Chris is an exceptional teacher, who leads a great martial arts class. He is knowledgeable and has a friendly demeanor, making him a great guy to learn from. I thoroughly enjoyed attending his class and would definitely do so again in the future.
Brilliantly taught self defense lessons, classes are well paced , no egos from anyone, a friendly bunch! Instructor is very sensitive to your needs and will slow things down as necessary or speed things up if you're a bit more experienced. A great workout while learning/doing something practical.
Great class and Christos is a great instructor.
Small improvement every week and I have learnt to adapt to the work outs and drills which are very much suited to all skills and abilities.
I'd highly recommend Aeimahon if you want to learn a new martial art and some comprehensive self defence.
Great classes, tailored right for the kids and adults to enjoy, exercise and learn the crucial self defense moves! My son (12yrs) and daughter (9yrs) have been regular for the past 6 months and enjoys the learns. Christos is a great teacher who is willing to take time and go through the moves at 1-2-1 level if and when needed. I highly recommend his classes for kids and adults!
