  Meril Taylor is an amazing teacher. He is a master at his craft and is eager to teach and share it with anyone willing to learn. He helps build up your confidence and strengthens you physically and mentally. I couldn't have asked for a better mentor then Shihan Meril.

  Meril taylor is a great teacher! I was in his class with my best friend and dad. He is all about using martial arts in a non violent way. Great discipline for the mental and physical mind. 5 stars 🥰

  This dojo has reignited my passion for martial arts. Shihan Taylor is a true master and his understanding and teaching of the craft make it so his students feel challenged, but invited in to a community of shared strength and discipline. I am so glad I found this school!

  I cannot speak highly enough of Shihan Meril! He is phenomenal at teaching martial arts in his style of Tay Pong Do. Young or old he won’t disappoint and has classes for all ages and skill levels.
