Great, clean facility. Top notch instruction. Watsons is my first marital art school so I have nothing to compare it to but I hear it’s the best around and I believe it. This place will teach you more about yourself than it will about anything else. Discipline, structure, confidence, habits, ego. I’ve been going for over a year and confidently can say it improved my life. For me it’s worth the investment. I meet good people, and it gives me a sense of calm…My whole day is better after class. I choke people so I don’t choke people.. know what I mean? It’s a great outlet. Definitely 5 stars. Sign up!

I went to the beginner Muay Thai Class. My instructor Dan was able to break down each movement clearly in a way that was relatable. I felt welcome right off the bat even though I had no experience. I would highly recommend going to this class if you want to try something fun, new, and challenging. Plus the first session is free!

You can tell a lot about a place by the way they treat guests that do not benefit them…and with that being said, this is an amazing BJJ academy. I was traveling for work and wanted a place to train while out of town. Found this place and from the website alone, I could tell this was going to be a great experience. They did not disappoint. Called and spoke with Professor Kyle who was very friendly and welcoming. Went to the 6 AM class and was taught by Professor Collin. The whole time I legitimately felt like I was part of the team. He was very welcoming and took the time to help me understand the drills and gave me great feedback to help me better my game. For this class, instead of live rolls they utilized “eco-training” which greatly aided in working through the nuances of the instruction. Shout out to Matt for drilling with me and being so friendly. I went back in the evening to purchase some merch and thank the staff for allowing me to train. Devin was so friendly and helped me pick up some great merchandise. She also helped me find some great places to eat. Definitely hope to be in STL and train with them again.
