Highly recommend checking this place out. Great environment, open and inviting, and they are great with kids. The gym is big and clean with a great open atmosphere. Mark and Eric are awesome instructors.

This is the 4th Jiu-Jitsu gym I've trained at and I am very happy here. The instructors are excellent at giving enough information to be useful but not so much that you get overwhelmed. They're also great at answering questions. Instructors and students are friendly, and the facility is nice and clean.

I dropped in from out of town and brought my fiancé along for her first ever class. Great facilities, clean mats, and a friendly environment. Instructors were instantly welcoming, helping us as soon as we walked in. The instructors were knowledgeable and excellent at teaching both beginners and more advanced students. I stayed for the advanced class and they offered my fiancé a free fitness class while she waited on me. I’ll be coming here for any future trips to St. Louis and I would recommend it to anyone looking to learn Jiu Jitsu for self defense, competition, or fitness!

Extremely professional and welcoming environment. The instructors are highly knowledgeable and exceptionally patient, making sure each student gains a solid understanding of the skills being taught. I have no regrets joining. Truly a great decision.

I love this gym! Years ago I tried joining a fight gym just learn how to do some self defense. But that gym turned out to be “beat up the new guy.” This gym is nothing like that. It’s very friendly, easy to follow training. I wish I had found them years ago! A thousand stars!
