  This place is a community, accomodating for your goals with plenty of encouraging teammates to help you achieve them, whether it is to get in shape, learn to protect yourself and your loved ones, compete, or build yourvself-confidence. Coach Jason is incredibly knowledgeable, and after 6 years here I still learn something new everyday. Inexpensive especially for what you get!
