  Really friendly club. Came here for the first time and was automatically made to feel really at home. Everyone was really friendly. This place is a great mix of abilities from beginners to those actively competing.

  Sorry to say Poppy broke my ribs. Am writing this in the hope it won't happen to another. Arriving new/returning after 20 year break to training at 55 yrs old, with my older daughter.... in recovery... I explained I was too scared to spar full contact. Poppy taking the session said I was safe, then asked me to continue. I didn't use contact , she roundhoused me hard breaking my ribs, then leaned in close chastising " WE.. score points here. " I left to drive a younger daughter home.... holding broken ribs with ongoing internal damage to follow. My older daughter's ribs were punched/hammered by Poppy in the session prior to toughen them up? She was left extremely bruised refusing to return again. Sad to say Poppy offered no apology, nor other trainers have spoken out re this abuse towards women within the club, leaving us unsafe to return. The skilled training with Christie applying her awesome enthusiastic best seems to make her a phenomenal trainer.

  Great gym for Muay Thai and basically getting fit. Fab group of men and women who train you and train with you. Also the kids group learn self defence and self disapline but also enjoy this club.
